ToyWiz COVID-19 Update
ToyWiz is committed to doing our part to help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For the safety of our employees and our community, our warehouse is currently operating with minimal staff to ensure safe social distancing and to allow those who are sick or have children to tend to their health and/or responsibilities at home.
For orders for in-stock merchandise, we are doing our best to get your shipment out as quickly as possible, but please note that our current shipping times are estimates, and we also cannot account for delays by UPS or the post office, as they may prioritize the delivery of food and medical supplies over ToyWiz packages.
All orders will continue to be processed in the order in which they were placed. For pre-orders we will continue to accept orders for future releases as per our usual policies, and will hopefully be able to ship future items as they are released. Please note that the situation is affecting everyone, and many manufacturers may not meet their release dates; pre-order release dates are always subject to manufacturer delays.
For now we are also unable to offer ANY direct International shipping options. We apologize to our international customers, but due to rapidly changing conditions it is simply not possible to guarantee timely fulfillment to any locations outside of the U.S. However, you may use a mail-forwarding service based in the U.S. A search online will provide many options. Once you have a U.S.-based mail-forwarding address, you may use that address to place your order.
Our customer service representatives will continue to answer any questions you may have through our contact form. Though if you are just looking to check the status of your order, we encourage you to use our account manager. As soon as your order ships, it will be updated with tracking information.
