The exterior of his packaging sees Balloon Boy peeking over the edge of a table to stare at a pair of batteries, while the interior looks into a dark room with a checkered floor as old monitors are stacked in the background. The protective sleeve is then covered in vertical blue and black stripes with thick wires dangling from the top, and their figure can be seen through the large, clear window at the packagings front.
