The Challenger II Main Battle Tank is the United Kingdoms latest and most advanced armored vehicle to date. Entering service in July, 1998, the Challenger received its baptism of fire during the Second Gulf War in 1993. The tank is equipped with the most advanced target acquisition systems in the world. Its 120mm gun is scheduled to be upgraded to the German smoothbore 120mm gun in 2006.

This highly detailed 1:72 scale version of the U.K. Challenger II depicts the vehicle as seen in Badhdad in 2003.

This U.K. Challenger II is part of Forces Of Valor's Micro Military Vehicles Series, and is the Enthusiast's Edition (which is the extremely detailed version of this vehicle). The 1:72 scale die cast metal vehicle is approximately 4.5 inches long (5.5 inches long with gun barrel).
