The pesky droids from Eastman and Laird's original comic book come with a special "city street" display base, complete with "San Diego" manhole cover.

Developed by Baxter Stockman, the Mousers, ostensibly intended to ferret out sewer rats, were in fact used as bank robbers. When April ONeal, who had assisted Stockman in the process of creating the Mousers, reacted unfavorably to Stockmans fiendish scheme, she became a target of the mass-produced Mousers. Fortunately the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles defended April against the Mousers, and followed-up by confronting Baxter Stockman in his laboratory.
