For 2012, the Mattel Voltron line includes five Lions (black, green, yellow, blue, red) that form Voltron plus five Pilots in 3 " scale (Keith, Pidge, Hunk, Allura, Lance). Collect all five Lions and you'll have everything you need to build an enormous 23" tall Voltron figure. Collect all the Pilots and each one will come with a piece that creates a Voltron Collect and Connect ultra blazing sword!
Each lion comes as a set with its corresponding pilot, individually packaged and shipped with its partner in a single box. This set includes the Red Lion and the pilot Lance. They are not sold separately.
Red Lion
From deep beneath the Castle of Lions, a powerful force is about to spring into action! The Red Lion is one of five robotic Lions that come together to form the mighty Voltron, and is piloted by hotheaded Lance. Each Lion converts from Voltron mode to Lion mode with one-touch transformation features, and comes with mouth blade weapon.

Lance
Reckless. Ladies' man. Hot head. And don't forget ace pilot! Lance comes in fan-demanded 3 3/4" scale and fits into the cockpit of the Red Lion. He comes with an alternate helmet head, and a key that unlocks the cockpit of the Red Lion and activates the one-touch transformation features. Key can also be used as a display base.
There's strength in numbers! Each pilot in the 2012 Voltron series comes with one piece of the Voltron Collect and Connect ultra blazing sword. Collect all five figures to complete the sword!
