Condition Policy

Our trained staff packs every order with care to ensure that your merchandise arrives intact!
Product Condition
We ship all products new in sealed packaging, unless otherwise noted in the title or description of the item. We guarantee the contents of all toys and action figures to be mint, however we cannot guarantee the actual package to be in collector quality condition.
Packaging Condition
We do not guarantee against shelf wear or minor damage to packaging during shipping. Returns based on condition of packaging are covered by our standard return policy and subject to a restocking fee.

In cases of major damage to packaging, we will specify condition in the item's description or contact the customer for approval before shipment.
Collector's Items and Condition
Valuable collector's items are inspected by our experts to verify mint contents before shipment and receive extra special care & handling by our packagers. All single cards are guaranteed near mint or better (NM/M) condition.

A note to collectors:
If you are a toy collector seeking pristine packaging, please call with your order. We will select an item with no marks on the packaging if possible, and for an additional fee, we will ship with extra packing material.

Technical note:
Retail packaging is intended to display and protect toys during processing and shipping and while being handled in a retail store environment. Our merchandise is not handled by customers, so the packaging is usually case-fresh, as it arrives to us from the manufacturer. Even so, packaging straight from the factory may have a scuff, crease or bubble-dent that does not affect the contents. These can be the result of factory handling or friction during shipping.

Generally speaking, small marks like this indicate that the packaging has served it's purpose - it protected the merchandise from whatever factors marred the clamshell or box. For this reason, most manufacturers will not accept minor packaging flaws as evidence of damage if the product is still pristine. Likewise, this does not constitute a damage claim with shipping insurance.
