Build the Turtle Glider and attach Leo to its crossbar. Then, stand him on the buildable street wall to keep lookout. Next, build Bebop's getaway vehicle, a speedy motorbike, and bolt the scene. Stop Bebop in his tracks when Leo swoops in from above using the glider's pizza launcher! Strike a final blow when you use Leo's Slashing Turtle Power to knock Bebop out for good!
