Contents: 27 Double-sided foam tiles (featuring 54 trainer-approved kid-friendly exercises), Stopwatch (race for the fastest time or set a time-per-station), Jump rope, 36-page booklet with detailed instructions for each exercise and fitness tips, and a Drawstring bag to take the course indoors, outdoors and anywhere you want to go! For 1 or more players or teams, ages 7 and up. Stopwatch battery included. Replace with AG13/LR44 button cell battery when required.
